I think RYAM is a buy here. I'm think the CEO will get booted. The risk is that the RYN shareholders have a recourse (spinoff a often have provisions for liabilities across the companies and RYN shareholders could argue that they have been duped in the spinoff no seek compensation from RYAM, as the latter has indirectly benefited,may having the clean side of the books).
