I looked at the entire thread and didn't get anything about a court case; only that you threatened them with a lawsuit.

If it went to trial there would have had to have been vastly more than you've mentioned here. Simply overcharging or double billing a procedure isn't going to get it (insurance companies, other than Medicare and Medicaid, don't pay for duplicate procedures and those claims are generally rejected without review). Medicare, if you can get a duplicate procedure into the system, will pay it -- but those claims are normally rejected as duplicates keeping them out of the claims processing system. Medicaid depends on the state.
