Thanks - I hadn't realized that... I watch many cooking shows but steer away from the contest types.

Btw, I am doing cardio exercises I found on youtube - not very good at it yet. You will laugh when I tell you that when I started I couldn't even get through 2 of the 4 warm-up exercises that go before the actual cardio workouts. Now I can do all 4 of the warm-ups and am into the first set of serious cardio exercises. Again, I am not very good at the cardio exercises yet but over time things should improve.
