No you wouldn't, believe me. I have a list of meals which I ran by my wife since she is limited in what she can eat. But when I try to come up with a weekly menu plan, nada.
Her meals are largely healthy smoothies which contain Breakfast Essentials, Protein Powder, vitamins and other stuff including whole milk. She makes that last through much of the day and I try to tempt her with foods I know she likes like mac and cheese and spam.... but it usually goes in our fridge to maybe eaten at a later time - maybe.
Tonight I made a mixture of two leftovers which included mac and cheese and spam plus beef and other mystery ingredients in the fridge.... I added salsa and wow, what a meal - at least it was for me.
Hopefully, with the cardio etc, I will be able to eat my way through our freezer which contains a couple of porterhouse steaks, some steak-burgers and many other things. That and my lunch salad which is a quart of lettuce, celery, carrots, beets, onions, etc, etc, etc taken from a diet plan I have been using to get the weight off.
