One of the key differences between the Roku 2 and 3 is that the '3' has an ethernet port, so you can stream to it using a cable connected to your router, bypassing any potential wifi streaming issues. Now as to whether you would have any issues, I don't know any way to tell unless you actually try it first using wifi. You can do that with the 3, and if there were issues you could then switch to a cabled connection. As for Apple questions, there is an apple tech thread, I don't know the link off the top of my head, but if you ask on the main Apple thread they can point you to it. I'm sure there are plenty of folks there that can help you with any questions you have about Apple TV! Good luck, John
