Since about the middle of September Zolt has lost about 50% of its market value, and it has been a long continuous slide. Despite the magnitude, I don't think it's insider or inside-knowledge selling. There are numerous over-the-counter stocks that have had the same precipitous fall. There's a lot of end-of-the-year selling for tax losses and it seems that the selling snowballs.

I still think that the true story lies in the numbers (there's little else form Zolt to go on), and they should reflect or refute many of the manufacturing problems presented on this thread. What's been reported (unaudited) so far is that revenues are up only 5% year-over-year. I think that's troublesome and may have contributed to the sell-off. When the year-end 10K comes out we'll have a much better picture; I hope it's prettier than I expect.
