A gravity wave vibrates longitudinally, that is, if they exist. If a wave was to resonate longitudinally, it couldn't propagate, for its energy would be added in a perpendicular direction and subtracted from the line of propagation.. Thus, you can't have a resonance. Further, gravity is both its own source and its effect. In contrast, em undulating waves travel on the metric created or defined by gravity. Einstein's equation may be written G = T where T is the stress energy tensor, or the source term. EM can be a source, so in that case G = EM. EM waves are a source of gravity. At the same time EM travels on geometry created by other sources of gravity. The coupling between G and EM is ultra small which makes it hopelessly beyond observation, but from a theoretical point of view solving the equation, G = EM is incredibly difficult. It's necessary to introduce simplifications that make a solution meaningless. It is for this reason that saying all energy gravitates is ok, but strictly speaking, it isn't true, or its truth is contingent upon the ethereal discovery of quantum gravity..
It explains most things
Gravity doesn't "explain" mass. The precise relation between mass and gravity is the greatest mystery in modern physics. Not the origin of mass which most physicists consider to be the holy grail of physics.
There are a few things it doesn't explain and some of its solutions lead to pathological entities like BHs.
The only solution to GR that admits a BH is that of Schwarzschild. All others are merely rehashes. I invented a line element that maps into the Schwarzschild geometry and thus is a solution to GR but has no BH pathology. Thus, I have preempted the existence of BH solutions and rendered them superfluous. Where are my headlines? I haven't published the work. Will I? Maybe.

No. They're mathematical creations. There are many mathematical truths which don't apply to the physical world.
We can tweak Einstein without disturbing its convincing conclusions and explain these other things too by cooking up a theory that includes Einstein's GR and a massive graviton. In GR the graviton is assumed to be massless,else the geometry would break down because it would self react to the infinitely small, something we do not observe..

That's not what was implied. Indefinite self reaction leads to boundless quantities. These are a no no in physics..In math, infinity is ok. There are no infinities in physics.
Does gravity operate at the QCD level somehow?
No. Well, maybe. The aliens claim it does, but we haven't the slightest idea about how that works. The aliens claim that super heavy element ununpentium can be excited by proton bombardment so that it transitions briefly into ununhexium. Ununhexium then very quickly decays and releases a graviton. So if ununpentium in sufficient mass can heavily bombarded with a beam of protons, a flux of gravitons will be produced. The aspect of this process where ununhexium decays and releases a graviton is way beyond anything our modern physics has conceived. It is thought that some 15 orders of magnitude smaller than the QCD "distance" scale near the Planck level gravity may start getting stronger. Perhaps there's a connection between this scale and ununhexium transitions.
If so, it could only do it at the Planck level or lower.
QFT admits quantities smaller than Planck but are they effective(in contrast to virtual or abstract)?
The proximal distance for phase transfer, dictates when gravity as characterized herein, gives way at the transfer, and decays at QCD. (? decoherance of vibrational frequency at exchange )

Gravity, GR, is built on point contact assumptions, or point set topology. That might be too small of an arena. How to make it larger is extremely difficult to specify.
whereas composite observations about gravity are imposed as the supersystems primary feature, when in fact its just an effect present when there is no more useful information that can be conveyed & the objects state changes, then observed as mechanical conditions made whole by our physics making choices about observable effects.
