Just talk to John Manzetti of CGIX. Beside the new of IBM deal,
there are no other news from company. He said next earning due
4-01 with earning estimate by Analyst @.11 at flat tax rate of 27%

You may call Parker & Hunter 412-562-7858/412-562-8000 ask for
Monish Bahl for CGIX research report. They predict growth rate
of 30% annual and target stock price of 12-13 .

from the report:

The Company has essentially no debt, shareholders' equity of almost
17 million and cash-on-hand of over $10 million, which was primarily
derived from the proceeds of its recent initial public offering.
While management has no immediate plans for this sizable amount of
cash, we believe it provides CGIX with substantial financial flexibility,
and positions the Company to take advantage of potential acquisition
opportunities which may arise.------------

---In 1994, revenues grew almost 40 % annually, and we expect approximately 45% growth in 1995. On top of this robust revenue
growth, management has been able to control costs and steadily expand the operating margin. From 7% in late 1994, to over 10% by 1995.
expecting 14% by 1996, well ahead of most industry peers.-----

Above report was out January 12, 1996.

One of their major client US WEST just bought Continental Cablevision.
Interesting. talk to you soon...
