HI TB, From a suscribers view, Kaplin publishes an excellent weekly summary of all Fidelity Select Sector Funds and a discussion of some of the funds dynamics. He gives buy amd sell signals based on his charting and technical analysis. Bernie does not try to predict the market but tracks the momentum of these market areas. His goal is to keep us on the positive slope of the most dynamic growth areas in the market. It is simular to trading stock but not as volital. We can get the data via Snail mail, FAX or Email. He also gives us hotline updates perodically, during the week, if the market conditions dictate. cb
