The news had nothing to do with the selling

Remember, IMCO just excercised warrants. Those warrant holders have to pony up some cash or sell out. Today was possibly a "sellout" day.

Is that my opinion? Actually no. It is the opinion of IMCO's CFO (who I just called). It does make sense.

Also, he pointed out that the EDO is actually old news. The assets were sold in an auction (IMCO won the bidding). However, another party had filed to block he sale. This has now been resolved and the purchase can be completed.
