David: The merger will not happen in this quarter. If the share holders approve the merger, which I doubt very much that such an approval will happen, then the analysts will scrutinize each company before the coming results. The present drop in the stock is an indication of the dissaproval of such a merger. I don't think Borl should be buying any companies now. It should concentrate on increasing earnings and stock appreciation. Although Del Yocam is a smart CEO, but I don't think this is a smart move on his part. Maher
