Since I'm not aware of any bad news, I'd have to guess that it's due to year-end tax selling, as well as impatience. A lot of people own CSLMF at much higher prices, so they're selling it to offset their capital gains. And it doesn't take much selling to knock CSLMF's price down.

Of course, when people start buying CSLMF again, it won't take much buying to move the price up significantly. I'm hoping that CSLMF's primary subsidiary Polyair will FINALLY get listed on Nasdaq in January. That should generate some interest in CSLMF. Shares of Polyair on the Toronto exchange have been fairly stable lately, so the price drop in CSLMF is not due to Polyair falling. For patient investors, the drop in CSLMF could be a good buying opportunity. Of course, many microcaps have been hit hard recently, so CSLMF isn't the only bargain out there.
