And Barack Obama himself has said, "Democracy is hard; but it works." He said, "But, that's not how Democracy works." He said, "That's not how our system works ... That's not how our Constitution is written."

So, in your minuscule mind, it is acceptable for him to go around the Constitution because he lacks the leadership to make the law he claims to want happen. But that's not how our system works. Like he said.
