Spoke to the company & they confirmed that they DID purchase some shares today. They are prohibited by various SEC rules from divulging how many shares and at what price. There apparently are many regulations controlling a company's trading of their own stock - in order to prevent manipulation of the price. I think they must include this activity in the quarterly report. However, they did buy!!!!
