RIO has a forward PE of 9.51 which could support a yield of 10% with a less than 100% payout ratio. Even the backward PE is only 23 which would yield over 4% at 100% payout ratio. (which is about what RIO is yielding) I'm not sure how anyone could list the payout ratio as 581% that seems wrong.
