The news on KE's sale came out at 2:25 PM EST -- EXACTLY WHEN THE STOCK STARTED TO COLLAPSE.

However, as you know, this is not new news. The reason the stock collapsed was the shorts trying to push it back down. There was insignificant volume on the downslide and, as usual, the big buyers weren't paying attention (again) to the stock today.

We will recover back to $33 when, and only when, the big buyers pay attention again.
