which I doubt very much that such an approval will happen I guess we won't know until we get to vote The present drop in the stock is an indication of the dissaproval of such a merger. True but the collapse in ORCL is a factor as well especially since a downgrade in ORCL sales hits BORL licence revenue as well. It should concentrate on increasing earnings and stock appreciation. As a shareholder I would have preferred that approach as well...Simply "milk the cow"...cut costs, J-Builder Version 2, etc.... but I guess Yocam sees the merger as a way of repositioning BORl from the $99 cardboard box outfit it used to be... I just hope he's right... Go BORL
