You were probably watching the Pittsburgh feed. The Isles, Devils and Rags are all on MSG. Rags are always on MSG, Isles or Devils are on MSG Plus, when Rags are playing. When all three teams are playing, the Isles are on an extension of MSG a few channels down from MSG Plus. Knicks are on MSG too. But I never watch their games. I just watch Isles road games and NBCSN sometimes for regular hockey games. I attend all Isles home games for $15 a ticket, plus I get first round playoffs for free. I must buy other rounds if Isles advance. That was the deal when I prepaid two years in advance as season ticket holder.

Isles play wide open very exciting games. They are explosive. They broke a 2-2 tie in third period against Rags at MSG with 4 goals in a few minutes.

Isles did tighten up when they played Ducks, Kings and Coyotes on road. Our goalies, Johnson (who stunk last night) and Halak are realizing that they are not playing behind the Bruins/Blues defense.

Fans at Nassau Colliseum are constantly whining after games saying "it won't be the same when Isles move to Brooklyn", the capital of NYC. I look them in the eye and tell them I drive 40 miles from Manhattan each game so don't expect condolences from me since Nassau County clearly did not want the Isles anymore.

New ownership has meant more spending and the team is still under the cap. Kulemin has been a beast. Boychuk (who is an unrestricted free agent) has played very well and wants to resign with Isles. A deal will be worked out. Leddy (who is a restricted free agent) from the Hawks likes it here too.

Looking forward to tonights game, but am terrified at how the Pens will play. Isles better raise their play tonight.
