Okay. So, what we're dealing with is a fundamental misunderstanding of markets on your part. I see where you're coming from.

Walmart lives and dies by its low price image (in fact, they guarantee they have the lowest price on every item and back it up with refunds if you pay them more. Further, they now do the comparisons for you -- my wife got back $30 on her last visit to Walmart because Walmart found items she bought on sale elsehwere). Yet, when their competitors cut prices, they're not going to cut theirs? How does that even make sense to you?
