Michael: I actually thought my answer deserved more of a humorous response from you that what I received. You must realize that everything that you have posted has already been weighed in the balance. The market has proclaimed that the stock is not worth $7.00 right now, but about 5.70 CDN. Those factors you mention are in the soup, so to speak. So, what else is new? Lee
