If you want to morally equate a defensive War against an aggressive enemy who has vowed to kill us with what atheists have done in murdering multi millions of their own people, then NO, we do not agree. Given atheism, and opportunity, there is no compelling reason not to kill anyone who gets in your way (or rape and enslave any woman, child, or man, that suits your fancy, for that matter). That's rational evolution in action.
