For a guaranteed life in poverty and to live in lifelong need of government assistance, one needs only to satisfy two prerequisites... 1) Drop out of high school, and 2) have a child before getting married... Those who do both of the above things are guaranteed a life at/or below the poverty level and will live a life under perpetual government assistance... This has nothing whatsoever to do with race, this applies to EVERYONE... But, you will never hear any black "leader" ever suggest to any black youth to stay in school AND marry before having a child... it's just too responsible and it's not the "black thing to do." Instead, those so called black "leaders" accuse any black person who gains advanced education and raises a normal family of "not being black enough"... it's as if in order to be "black enough" you must drop out of school and breed like rats without any family setting... any black person who obtains an education, who speaks normal English, who dresses like a normal person, and who has a family is called a traitor to the black community... this means that blacks want to perpetuate the culture of ignorance and promiscuity... everyone has a choice, and so do they... Yet, all we ever hear is this phony crap about how racist whites are... GZ
