The Republican Party, in its current incarnation exists because of racism. They have nothing else. It will be fascinating to watch the post-Obama GOP package itself ..their in your face anti-populist, anti-woman, anti-Hispanic, anti-gay, anti-poor, anti-uninsured, anti-environment, positions could only survive behind the cloak of racism ..they will be naked absent the ingrained American disdain for folks of African persuasion ..the all powerful argument of "are you with us or the black guy" will no longer apply
