I followed up on your OnD suggestion. It actually sounded very promising but I couldn't find find any warranty / return / refund information. I sent them an email. This is what came back: Hello, We do not offer returns but we do offer 45 day exchange on all defective equipment. The key to making this box work well is a good Internet connection. You need a minimum download speed of 5 mbs but we recommend 10 mbs or more. Thanks, Mark Www.stream-team.ca Goes without saying that I immediately placed my order ... LOL
