Individual Investor Magazine Announces Five 'INDI' Winners From 1997
Record Number of 100% Stock Gainers Cap Stellar Year; 'Magic 25' Index rises 32.1%
NEW YORK, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Individual Investor magazine, one of the fastest growing personal finance magazines and a subsidiary of the Individual Investor Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: INDI - news) today announced its five ''INDI'' winners for 1997. Now in its third year, the ''INDI'' award was created to recognize the few select companies picked in Individual Investor's special ''Magic 25'' list which demonstrated 100+% returns in their stock value during the 12-month period. Representing the most winners in a single year, the ''INDI'' awards will be presented during a December 16th ceremony to be held at Individual Investor's offices.
This year's roster of winners include:
