Diversified Royalty (DIV-T) Peter Imhof top pick on BNN.ca Market Call Wednesday Nov 27 @ 1300ET

DIV-T is a recently formed royalty company. I like this space and the management team. The first deal signed was with FranWorks, a restaurant operator. The performance has been strong in the underlying restaurants, including Original Joes and Elephant and Castle. The company is just getting on the radar screen. It yields close to 7 percent and I would expect them to sign a new deal in the near future.
