The message to cops from the Brown/Wilson case ... don't stick your neck out in black neighborhoods, let the criminals run the streets, steal, kill and rape as they wish. If you see a thief walking down the middle of the street with stolen goods, just let him go. Don't try to enforce the law, don't try to protect life and property. If you do and something bad happens to a black suspect, you'll be vilified as a racist, many of the people in the neighborhood will lie about you. An indictment of Wilson would only make this message stronger. I would hope that an indictment of Wilson would have produced an immediate resignation of the entire police force there. Who in their right mind would work as a police officer in a black neighborhood like Ferguson? Do liberals care about that? Hell no.
