Dave, I would definitely go with DMG. Soundview is a momentum-driven bucket shop along the lines of Wessels. DMG's analysts are MUCH better. Soundview has Gartner to back 'em up but DMG's pockets are so deep they can buy all the Gartner research anyway. Also, DMG gets much better deals because of Frankie. Shege, I am sure Gartner will continue to reccommend Siebel in SFA first but Gartner loves Vantive in all other front-office areas so I bet they will give at least token support for Vantive SFA. You sound awfully cynical with regards to Wendy's conclusions.
