Elroy, I for one appreciate your post with all that research! I upped my ante in SIMO late last year and have been rewarded with 65% growth YTD, despite the drop since the September high. Currently Fidelity rates this stock a bullish 8.6, which is odd with only four analysts shown: 3 neutral and 1 buy. Morningstar says Buy with two analysts and gives a 1-year target of 31 (from today's 23 area). Thompson Reuters upped its rating to Buy on 11/17, then dropped it back to Hold a week later. So, as usual, a semiconductor stock has its ups and downs, but I'm sticking with SIMO. You've given a lot of good reasons why.
