Larry:

There are different manufacturers that are supplying the equipment for the pilot plant and labs. The cost is significant, which can be viewed as a confidence barometer that Naxos has vis-a-vis the Johnson/Lett process. The purchases are a 50% down and the rest on delivery type of transaction.

A piece of misinformation needs to be dealt with in regards to this new equipment - all equipment was purchased from manufacturers and none of it was bought from either Dr. Johnson or Mr. Lett.
