Interesting.... I used my replacement Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven to cook a 10 lb brined turkey, partially stuffed, and with sweet potatoes along side it... took under an hour but that was a little too long... tasted great but slicing it was a challenge. The whole purpose, I think, of cooking your own turkey is the leftovers... and we had plenty left over. Except not enough stuffing. You can never have too much stuffing left over IMHO.

What did you cook or did you go out?

Btw, we use leftovers several ways - we make up a turkey, potato, sauerkraut, stuffing and gravy casserole for one... great tasting and you can freeze any leftovers from that easily for later on in the year. We had that last night.

Another simple way is to buy those pasta sides - Knorr and others make them in plastic packages - we get them on sale for about a buck each. You can take various ones and mix with chopped turkey and gravy - even stuffing is a great addition. I like the broccoli cheddar one with turkey - but you have to go with your own tastes.

Here are some links for using turkey leftovers.
