It is really just pouring fuel on the fire, which is the same thing Obama & Holder have done imo.

If you watched the main Sunday Morning shows with no knowledge or bias going in -- ABC, Meet the Press, and Fox -- you really would have come away believing a guilty cop was set free without a fair hearing. No, Fox was not as bad as the others, but that attitude was left hanging there.

Someone made the point on one of the shows -- how in the hell is it that a prosecutor who lays out all of the evidence before a grand jury is criticized for trying TOO HARD to make it balanced? How is he criticized for not excluding exculpatory evidence (as it was his prerogative to do)?

That's the same complaint CJ has had on this thread, essentially -- that exculpatory evidence should have been withheld from the grand jury because that is what is done when the prosecutor has made up his mind to "go after" an accused. It is total idiocy, but these morning news shows were all over it.
