Yeah, that makes sense.... Giuliani also said he had changed his mind about the need for body cameras because he believes they would show that 90 or 95 percent of police shootings are justified.... Giuliani, who said last week that more white officers are needed in certain neighborhoods to keep black people from killing one another, also admitted there is "more unfair interaction" between police officers and people in black communities. And, as everyone knows, African Americans can't be police officers in African American communities. Why, folks would just run wild without white supervision! [note: sarcasm alert for the unwashed readers] What an ass Giuliani is. [note: no sarcasm in that last sentence]
