how in the hell is it that a prosecutor who lays out all of the evidence before a grand jury is criticized for trying TOO HARD to make it balanced?
Because, Dave, he's the PROSECUTOR. We have an adversarial justice system here, with two sides, the prosecution and the defense. The PROSECUTION is supposed to work AGAINST the defendant, NOT make sure the defendant never faces trial, as this one did.
