I believe that since AccuMed is already listed that they can maintain that listing with a minimum Bid Price of $1.00 provided that they have net tangible assets of $4 million under the new rules. I show that their current net tangible assets to be 3.61 million on 9/30/97.

I personnally don't think their is much chance of ACMI being moved form the National Nasdaq to the Small Cap Nasdaq. AccuMed is to smart to let that happen.
