What do people think of MHR if oil heads toward $50 and natural gas has a corresponding price decline, and both just sit there for a few years? Is MHR going to go bust, or they'll hang in there just fine?

I doubt anyone is in the mood to pay up for MHR's land assets at the moment, so their monetization efforts are probably off the table unless MHR wants to sell at a 30% to 50% discount to what they could have gotten 3 months ago.

Anybody think MHR can do well as a stock if commodity prices sit down here at the lower levels?
