MARKET CHATTER: SAFE TARGETS.

I use that term often. I use it for BOTH DIRECTIONS.

Whether it be a GE, a VIX, A DUST, IBM, POG, SPX, CRUDE.

Now many because they do not understand or accept and that's ok by me.

But when I put UP APPLE at 448 it was a SAFE target.

Yet that also means it can go LOWER.

And with APPLE it did and as the SAFE target was hit I would then consider an objective lower. We saw with APPLE the 387 ish. ( Keep in mind I've numbers out there to the UP for APPLE. They are SAFE targets.. but the flip of it is after Apple finishes the up expect that gap in the 99 area to be filled.

We just saw POG hit my SAFE target down.. Now we wait to see how much lower. There are others who have put up their numbed. We shall see who is correct. ME? I don't care.

We just saw BRENT CRUDE hit the safe number down. And now I wait to see how much lower.

I put up some tech indicators recently to help many see where we are. That wasn't the first time I put up that tech indicator. If one is on top of things. Jot the nubmers down, save it or whatever.

Now to the flip side I put up SAFE TARGETS TO THE UP.. Can they go highers. YES..

The problem with targets up is my work tends to reach out: whether stock, index or commodity.

So SPX... Make no mistake.. that SPX 1458 is a SAFE target.. Just as 1944 to the up was.

Ya may not understand it and how I use it. Don't ignore it.

How each plays it is up to them.
