There aren't any agents at CoverOregon. CoverOregon died. The website is a simple redirection to other sources, without really making it clear that CoverOregon is over. If you use the find an agent assistance on CoverOregon, you are simply being redirected to any local insurance agent who has signed up to sell Obamacare, i.e. the very middlemen who the great state exchange was supposed to make irrelevant, because, you know, they use to scam people into buying the wrong insurance. Now those same agents are the good guys, helping you navigate the complexities of Healthcare.gov. As I said before, WTF?
