And here's what will happen.

There will be a dramatic decline in the number of claims that blacks were mistreated in some way by white police officers.

And the Left will shout, "See! We told you so! If we just put cameras on them they'd stop behaving badly."

Never once would it occur to you the black thugs were the liars in the first place. Because a guy who will steal from a store, attack other people, or commit other crimes, would NEVER lie to make the police look bad.
