The first thing i remember about Maria, other than the lips, was our frail, sweet little warrior holding her own giving a lucid report amongst financial savages running amuck. Brave stuff - not much fluff. I confess that being showed how to say "hello" using a pager came real close to cracking even my hard shell. My "opinions" of the ladies of CNBC are based on things other than looks (even as shallow as I am) like what they say without a script or how the mask comes off when they think the camera is not on. Kate adds some color to the show and certainly is a welcome contrast to Bill G. She has the ability to wake up the near dead (in my case) and has a style that can't be denied. But, imho, she has a ways to travel before she is in the class of our Maria. Tastes and opinions vary, judge me harshly but-remember that even Jimmy Carter lusted in his heart.
