I really think the time has come for you to admit this is an absurd politically-motivated position you've taken. Everyone does it from time to time, but you have carried this way beyond any reasonable place, into the realm of some kind of judicial neverland, where right is wrong, wrong is right, and everything between in fine with you. Not every incident is racism. Even rational blacks have admitted there is no racism at work here. The policie officer did his job, exactly as he should. He is being punished for having done so. Maybe you just ought to let it go. Everyone here can see you're totally wrong on this. Just say it. You can do it. It will not sting. You will survive.
