That is how exporters get out of trouble they produce their way out. They have to produce or perish as they need theose hard currencies to buy low tech esentials like oil, food etc. Mexico is a good example. This whole thing will make it a little tougher for us to export cars and earth moving equipment that don't provide a quantum leap in efficiency but computers and software that can help them out of their problem will do just fine once they recover from this hiatus. This is a test for class and patience.
