The preferred deal was terrible I agree. I assure you , you won't see that happen again. Some people that I won't name were more than upset. It was Lebra who did the deal. Libra is headed by Jess Ravitz who is now on the board. After a few friendly remarks Ravitz took the short term players out. There is really only one holder now.I think the new deal you will view as very bullish to shareholders. I will assure you the company will never do another deal like the preferred. Bill Samuels didn;t realize what he did until it was explained to him. He trusted people when in fact he should not of. The person who put the deal together rectified it. You won't see any selling from preferred.Once again your assement is correct but it"s been corrected.
