The National Association of Dealers Automated Quotron is stating that
several hundred if not thousands of companies will be making the move from the National Nasdaq down to the Small Cap Nasdaq and from the Small Cap Nasdaq to the Bulletin Boards. The strong verbage of the new requirements for existing companies concerned me enough to post the copy. I believe the changes go into effect in Jan or Feb. '98

AccuMed Management certainly should be shrewd enough to avoid the back-slide with the new changes. I will take your word for the
minimum bid-price of $1. I however would like to see an extra modicum of cushion in their net tangible assets, wouldn't you? If they get into a pinch maybe the shareholders can "pass-the-hat" to make up the short-fall <g>. We certainly know that AccuMed has more than ample market makers.
