Totally agree. You have to defer to the Grand Jury. But if all you had was the video tape, I don't know how you could not indict. I haven't seen the coroner's report but from what's reported in the media, it is hard to understand the failure to return an indictment. This is not the Brown case, where the guy attacked the officer and it is unclear to me from the video how unresponsive he was. The question now is whether Times Square gets burned to the ground.
