So who knows.

Here's what I know via experience.

It's one thing to have a plan. it's another that it works.

Back in late 2007 they had a plan. It failed miserably.

I'm not so sure given what is out there re risk it would work. I'm also not sure one could get all to agree.

Obviously if it did work.. 5000 spx by Jan 31 2015.. WINK
