Chris, thanks for the e-mail. I have stopped following CAFE, but since you asked, I really do not see why 1/32 will be the end. Have they announced a reverse split? From few of the posts it seems they have or will. Does any one here knows how many shares are outstanding and how much of the floor less are left? If you assume that there will be 100,000,000 shares, the current value of the company is about $3 MM, but how much debt was removed from the balance sheet and how much more money will they need to turn this outfit to be profitable. Sure, if these outfits canm be made profitable and the profits do not stay with the Rubins, then $3 MM does not seems an outrageous price to pay, but if the split occurs and the conversion is not finished, then who knows how far this dilution can go.
