Hi bearshark; Yeah, there are a few differences between elevators
and the market: Elevator advantages:
(1) You always know where the top is.
(2) They generally go the same speed up as well as down.
(3) They have better safety mechanisms.
(4) It is always possible to use the stairs.
(5) When something untoward happens, you can see the
look of fear on the faces of your fellow passengers.
(6) Getting out at the top is okay for short people.
(7) There is a limit to how many people can get on an elevator.
(8) You don't need money to take a ride, usually.
(9) Sometimes they have music to listen to.
(10) If something really, really, really bad happens, you can always
figure that everybody will know what happened to you afterwards.
