cgcoss, I really don't know. That's all well outside of my competence, but I just wanted to forward due to similarity of cases. I noticed it was reported on a schedule 13D and thought seeing what the author had found might help due to similarity wrt BNI. I don't know if SEC even has similar online docs as far back as the Coke transaction, but I was assuming reporting would be similar. There wasn't much internet back in the early 90s though. I wonder if the short position would be reported on a 13-F like other holdings?
