I pay .09 per minute with excllent clarity with World Exchange. This is for 24 hours per day 7 days per week. I've had this rate for TWO YEARS now. However, I do pay $3.50 per month for the service AND, I live in Houston. Due to Texas tarriffs I can only get the .09 per minute in Interstate Calls. Doesn't apply to Intra-state calls. Those can be as much as .40 per minute. The Intra-state aspect of making calls for .075 per minute would be appealing provided the clarity was good. David D.
